TruckNav may currently operate in beta or testing phases.

Features, routes, alerts, and services may:

• contain inaccuracies

• become temporarily unavailable

By participating in beta access, you acknowledge that the platform is still being tested and improved.

TruckNav assists with navigation but does not replace professional driver judgement.

Drivers must always:

• follow posted road signage

• verify vehicle clearances and restrictions

• use safe driving practices

• make independent driving decisions

TruckNav is not responsible for:

• Traffic violations

• vehicle damage

• delays

• route restrictions

• road incidents

• losses resulting from reliance on navigation infomation

When submitting information through TruckNav forms or beta signup pages, users agree to provide accurate information.

We may connect users regarding:

• beta access

• updates

• testing opportunities

• support communications

Users may request removal from communications at any time.

Users must not:

• Misuse or interfere with TruckNav systems

• attempt unauthorised access

• Submit false road or hazard informaiton

• use TruckNav for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is identified.

TruckNav trading, logos, content, software, screenshots, and related materials are owned by TruckNav Pty Ltd unlesss otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially use TruckNav materials without permission.

TruckNav may use third-party providers including:

• mapping providers

• analytics services

• cloud hosting platforms

Availability and accuracy of certain services may depend on third-party systems.

To the Maximus extend permitted by law, TruckNav Pty Lt is not liable for:

• navigation errors

• route inaccuracies

• indirect or consequential losses

• business interruption

• loss of profits

• vehicle damage

• personal injury resulting from misuse of the service

Use of TruckNav is at the user’s own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of TruckNav after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
